We have recently started using your floor care products on a raised laminate floor. We are noticing that the tiles are beginning to lift off the contact surface since using your products. Is this a common occurrence? - Anonymous, Eagan, MN

No, this is not a common occurrence. Does the manufacturer of the raised laminate floor recommend in writing the use of a floor finish? Our finishes are not that different (except for electrical performance) from any other floor finish. Our floor care products are not specifically recommended for use on “raised laminate floors” we do however recommend that you test an area first prior to application. The main reason being that you’re not going to get good continuous electrical properties from tile to tile due to the nature of the structure of most raised flooring.
